For guaranteed 2016 Christmas delivery please order by the following dates:

December 20: Last day to order for our standard, priority shipping
December 22: Last day to order with overnight shipping

Shipping Time

Shipping time is an estimate of when the item will arrive after it leaves our warehouse, it is not a guarantee.  Processing time is generally one day, but this time can vary depending on the type of order, whether your order is complete in our distillery, and the time when you place your order.  Orders placed after 9 a.m. will most likely ship off our loading dock the next day (ex. a 2 Day ship option placed after 9 am, will take 3 days to receive). We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, on occasion more popular items are out of stock in our warehouse and need to be pulled from one of our 6 stores and may have slightly longer ship times. If your order needs additional processing time you will be notified via email within one business day.  

Shipping Methods - flat rate prices

  • Standard Shipping $7 (FREE on orders over $75) → Delivers within 7-12 business days *
  • Ground Shipping $9 → Delivers within 3-5 business days
  • 2 Day Shipping $29 → Delivers within 2 business days (if placed before 9 am the 2 days prior)
  • Next Day Shipping $39 → Delivers within 1 business day  (if placed before 9 am the day prior)
  • Canada $35 - 45 → Delivery time dependent on USPS
  • International $75 → Delivery time dependent on shipper and country

*the cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that applicable shipping fees apply to some oversized items regardless of free shipping. Shipping to Canada or Internationally will be quoted separate rates and are not included in shipping promotions.

Gift cards and stickers automatically qualify for free shipping, they will not count towards the purchase total of $75 in order to qualify for free shipping on items other than giftcards.

Shipping charges are a flat rate calculated based on total purchase price and in cases of over sized items can incur additional charges.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Purchases made on or after 10/8/2016 are eligible for returns through 1/31/2017!
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase both online and in stores. 
Returns / exchanges are refunded to the original form of payment.

* Both online and in store we cannot accept returns of certain items:

PROMOTIONAL CODES 

All promotional codes must be entered at the time your order is places. Mexicali Blues will not reward a promotion after the fact, if you are having isssues with a promotion please make note of it in the comments section or contact us directly at 1-866-329-0639.  We are not responsible for codes advertised by third party sites.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does my expedited shipping option (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) ensure my order will arrive the next day?

Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-3 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on every order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day its shipped. Please note: we do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.

When will my FedEx package arrive?

In the U.S. your FedEx package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. FedEx packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday though Saturday. You can use your FedEx tracking number to obtain up-to-date information about the status of your package at the FedEx website, www.fedex.com

What happens with International Fees?

With internationally shipped orders the customer is responsible for all fees and taxes that are incurred. You can obtain more information at your local customs office. All goods are shipped FOB from our distillery.*Please note that we must unfortunately charge an additional fee to items of an unusual sizes or extra weight due to the special handling they require. This fee must be added even to orders that qualify for our Over $75 Free Domestic Shipping. Split Rock Distilling is not responsible for theft or damage during the shipping process, but we will do everything we can to avoid it (or help you in the off chance it happens). With international orders Mexicali Blues has an FOB policy.

What is Does FOB Mean? 

FOB Means: An International Term of Sale that means the seller fulfills his or her obligation to deliver when the goods have passed over the border at the named border of the country. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks to loss of or damage to the goods from that point. This includes the duties and taxes. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export. We require both the  “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses to be identical on all international orders.
