Split Rock White Whiskey Cocktails

Honey Whiskey Lime
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Honey Syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
Shake until shaker frosts up

White Daisy
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
½ oz Raspberry Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Almond Milk
Shake until shaker frosts up

Whiskey Negroni
Split Rock White Whiskey
Campari
Sweet Vermouth
Even Parts, stir until frosted, lemon twist

White Whiskey “Tart”
1 ½ oz Split Rock White Whiskey
½ oz St Elder
¼ oz Campari
½ Lemon juice or fresh squeezed orange
Few dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake till frosty

Ginger Beer and White Whiskey
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
4-8 oz Ginger Beer
(Maine Root Ginger Brew and Fever Tree Ginger Beer are our Favorites)
Pour over Ice
Top with Ginger Beer & Stir
Garnish with a lime

SRD Julip
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
1 oz Simple Syrup
A sprig or two of mint
Muddle all ingredients
Fill Glass with crushed ice
Stir well and garnish with mint sprig

SRD Whiskey Sour
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
1 oz Egg White
1 oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
Shake all without Ice (build froth)
Add Ice and shake till frosty

White Whiskey Pineapple
2 oz Split Rock White Whiskey
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Grapefruit
½ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Luxardo
Shaken w/ Ice
Pour Over Ice
Garnish with a Lime
